This is a multicenter trial of the Optune device to examine the feasibility and to describe the device-related toxicity in children in Stratum 1 and efficacy of concurrent Optune and standard focal radiation therapy in Stratum 2.

Eligibility:
Diagnosis for respective stratum, Stratum 1: greater than or equal to 5 years but less than or equal to 21 years. Stratum 2: greater than or equal to 3 years but less than or equal to 21 years.
