Surveillance and Treatment to Prevent Fetal Atrioventricular Block Likely to Occur Quickly (STOPBLOQ) Open


Involves 3 steps to improve detection and treatment of fetal complete AVB. 1) screen high titer anti-Ro, 2) FHRM to identify 2° AVB, 3) IVIG and Dex for moms who detect abnormality with the hope of reversing 2° AVB before it becomes permanent (3°).

Eligibility: <18 weeks pregnant at the time of enrollment, =18 years of age; excludes multi-fetal pregnancies, Known allergic reactions to components of IVIG, or dexamethasone or maternal IgA deficiency
