The goal of this project is to identify and enroll patients with potential inborn errors of immunity (IEI) and then use next generation DNA sequencing and analysis to identify causative candidate gene variants.

Eligibility:
Inclusion: Suspected of having an inherited disease of the immune system. Exclusion: If any presence of an acquired immune abnormality, such as HIV, cytotoxic chemotherapy, or any malignancy. Severely debilitated health status or poor venous access.
